BD IT WEB provides web design and development, digital marketing, software development, web hosting and others web enabled service to people all around the world. We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best service possible. The following guidelines were designed to ensure that our services remain of the utmost quality. Please read very carefully before ordering and or using BD IT WEB services. Once an order is placed with BD IT WEB, you concur that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

BD IT WEB. makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.

BD IT WEB. will initially place the client's website on one of BD IT WEB.'s demonstration servers during development in order that the client may view and comment upon the website's progress. On receipt of payment, BD IT WEB will publish the website on the client's.

If, during the Website Development Cycle, the client does not supply the content required in order to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time, BD IT WEB. may charge extra to restart work on that project.

BD IT WEB. expects payment by bKash, Rcoket, Bank Transfer or Cheque, credit card or cash within 07 days of the date on the invoice.

BD IT WEB. reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice. BD IT WEB. reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions.

Third Party Content

We have suppliers who provide us with their content. You can use it, but again, only for personal use and with no changes, unless you get permission directly from that partner. BD IT WEB also can't take any responsibility for the verifiability of any claims, warranties for any particular purpose, whether stated outright or implied.

Any trademarks, copyrights or logos you see on the site are the property of BD IT WEB.

Limitation of Liability

Only you will be liable for any illegal activity while you are utilizing the resources of BD IT WEB.

Backups and Data Loss

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs once a week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. BD IT WEB is not responsible for files or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on BD IT WEB servers.

Disclosure Rights

To comply with applicable laws and lawful governmental requests, to protect BD IT WEB systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of BD IT WEB business and systems, BD IT WEB. may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, user profile information (i.e., name, e-mail address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, and content residing on BD IT WEB's servers and systems. BD IT WEB. also reserves the right to report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

Customer and Third Party Acts

BD IT WEB. is not responsible in any manner for any non-confirming Services to the extent caused by you or your customers. In addition, BD IT WEB. is not responsible for loss or corruption of data in transmission, or for failure to send or receive data due to events beyond BD IT WEB's reasonable control.

Your Warranties and Representations to BD IT WEB

You warrant, represent, and covenant to BD IT WEB. that (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are a duly organized and validly existing entity; (b) you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement; (c) you will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable policies and guidelines; (d) you will be financially responsible for the use of your account; (e) you have acquired or will acquire all authorization(s) necessary for hypertext links to third-party Web sites or other content; (f) you have verified or will verify the accuracy of materials distributed or made available for distribution via the Services, including, without limitation, your content, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees, nature of business, and address where business is conducted, and (g) your content and/or any software that you install or provide does not and will not infringe or violate any right of any third party (including any intellectual property rights) or violate any applicable law, regulation or ordinance.

Interruption of Service

You hereby acknowledge and agree that BD IT WEB. will not be liable for any temporary delay, outages or interruptions of the Services. Further, BD IT WEB. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, where such delay or failure results from any act of God or other cause beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, any mechanical, electronic, communications or third-party supplier failure).

Powered By or Development By

If you wish to remove the "powered by" or "development by" link from one installation of BD IT WEB's product you should purchase the copyright removal license.

Maintenance

You hereby acknowledge and agree that BD IT WEB. reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for the purposes of maintaining, repairing, or upgrading its systems and network. BD IT WEB. will use best efforts to notify you of pending maintenance however at no time is under any obligation to inform you of such maintenance.
